The lack of motivation to exercise is a widespread issue that affects many individuals today. Sedentary lifestyles have become increasingly common, leading to various health problems such as obesity, heart disease, and mental health issues. People often struggle to find the drive and enthusiasm to engage in regular physical activity, resulting in a vicious cycle of inactivity and poor health.
Solution
Pawsome is a mobile app that gamifies fitness tracking and virtual pet ownership. By adopting and caring for virtual pets, users stay motivated to exercise regularly while experiencing the joy of pet companionship. The app transforms exercise routines into an enjoyable and fulfilling experience while providing a virtual pet companion that brings comfort, entertainment, and emotional connection.

Design Process
Users can log in to the platform as a blood center or a donor. The blood bank side provides admins with a user-friendly dashboard to manage donations, stock, appointments and find new benefactors. On the other hand, the donor side offers people the opportunity to search for centers nearby. By creating separate user flows for the different personas Blood Share has, the app makes navigation easy and simple. Furthermore, it reduces the chances of users getting lost in the platform or overwhelmed with information/features they don’t need.
The app’s interface uses 3D graphic elements and illustrations to produce a modern effect and reinforce Blood Share is the most updated blood donation tracking platform in the market. The design explores white space on the page to highlight the main elements and deliver a clear and concise app.

The word Pawsome express the inspiring feeling of having a pet. Therefore, the logo was designed to combine a pet paw with a heart and make a connection between Pawsome’s main features, which are virtual pet ownership and exercise practice.
